Orders:
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Gpay, and Shop Pay)
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Is my personal information secure when shopping on your website?

Are the products in the store organic and sustainably sourced?

Shipping:
How long does order processing and shipping take?
Orders are processed between 1-3 business days, and shipping times are estimated between 7-14 business days.
What are shipping costs?
Canada wide shipping is free after $100. Orders under $100 shipping is between $11-$14, depending on package weight. Orders shipped to the USA a shipping charge of $10-$15 is applied depending on package weight.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order's status through the designated shipping carrier's website.
Why does my order ship from different locations?
All our products ship directly from fulfillment centers in Canada and the USA. If you order multiple items they may ship from different locations depending on products and availability.
Why was there an import tax on my order?
If your item was shipped from our fulfillment center in the USA there may be duties and import taxes on your order.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part or the product received is defective.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada and the USA, please contact marketing@wildrosecollege.com so we can accommodate with international shipping.
Returns:
Can I return items?
Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of the purchase date for defective products. *We do not offer returns for ordering the wrong size as all products are made to order.* (Please check the size chart before placing your order.) Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. For returning defective products please refer to our shipping policy page.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards that can be purchased and used through the Gift Cards tab on our website. (Please note gift cards are non-refundable)
